If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your 7 ON LOCUST purchase, please call or email us within 72 hours of receiving your order at 415-388-9696 or firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued an approval to return.
All returned merchandise must be received by 7 ON LOCUST within 7 days of issuing an approval.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in the boutiques if accompanied by the original packing receipt.
Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card or online credit. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from 7 ON LOCUST.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached.
Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, swimwear or undergarments.
Items marked ON SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit. If a sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned at the cost of the recipient.
